Gary Ebel Mr. Ebel is the CEO of Buckhorn Energy Services and has additional interest in other oil field service related businesses.

Prior to joining Buckhorn Energy Services, Mr. Ebel ran his own company that worked with private investors to develop Saltwater Injection Facilities in North Dakota, Colorado and Utah. Mr. Ebel also served as the CEO in a turnaround situation of an oil field service company that was focused on providing field support services for drilling, fracking and production programs of major exploration and production companies. In addition, he has acted as Vice President of Professional Services for a Fortune 150 telecommunications company, and as a Senior Vice President of North American Operations for an $800 million IT consulting company where his primary focus was on the Oil and Gas industry. Mr. Ebel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Minor in Psychology from Dakota Wesleyan University and currently sits as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors for the University.

Victor Wind – CFO Mr Wind brings 18 years of  oil and gas experience to Buckhorn Energy.

Prior to joining Buckhorn Energy, Victor Wind brings 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Most recently he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Forest Oil Corporation from August 2013 until it merged with Sabine Oil & Gas LLC in December 2014. Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Forest Oil, Mr. Wind served in many capacities during his 10 year tenure at Forest including Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer from December 2009 and Corporate Controller from January 2005. Prior to joining Forest Oil Corporation, Mr. Wind served as Director of Financial Reporting and Controller for Evergreen Resources, Inc., an exploration and production company focused on development of unconventional natural gas properties and also served as an audit manager at the New York-based accounting firm BDO Seidman, LLP. Mr. Wind has a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Calvin College.

Alex Wagner Mr. Wagner is the Director of Business Development of Buckhorn Energy Services.

Prior to joining Buckhorn Energy, Alex Wagner was the Completion & Production Division Business Development manager for Halliburton’s US Northern Rocky Mountain division responsible for leading and providing strategic direction for a business unit with revenues exceeding $3 Billion annually. In his almost 13 years with Halliburton and previous employment with Baker Hughes, Mr. Wagner has assumed roles supporting Business Development, Engineering and Operations across North America. He earned a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and is an active member of the Denver SPE chapter. Alex will be responsible for Buckhorn Energy’s business development efforts.

Nancy Roberts – Sr. Engineer: Nancy has over 25 years of experience in horizontal drilling and completions, operations and project management, production and environmental engineering, and has engineered and implemented saltwater disposal facilities.

Prior to joining Buckhorn Energy, Nancy Roberts has consulted as an engineer since 1999 assisting various companies as a drilling and production engineer including Ellora Energy, DDX, United Oil & Minerals, and Chaparral Resources. Nancy is the lead engineer for Buckhorn’s SWD wells and surface facilities.

Harold Ebel- Construction Manager: Harold brings over 30 years of construction, mechanical, and facility management experience.

Before joining Buckhorn Energy, Harold Ebel was responsible for the plant operations for a major midwestern newspaper where he had oversight of plant operations, production equipment and maintenance programs, managed capital improvement products, as well as chaired the safety committee and managed the division’s budget. Before that he spent time overseeing the maintenance and electrical repair programs for a heavy equipment company. In addition, he was shift lead and process operator for a chemical company that focused on the purification of heavy metals, where he researched the purification of heavy metals, did apparatus design and construction of reactors for heavy metals, programmed heat controllers and monitored the company’s supply chain. While serving in these capacities he also started and continues to run his own real estate development company focused on the development and leasing of mobile home courts.

Corbin J. Robertson, III – Chairman of the Board: Mr. Robertson is a Managing Partner of LKCM Headwater Investments GP, LLC and LKCM Headwater Investments I, L.P. Mr. Robertson is currently also an owner of various interests associated with the Robertson family holding company and Quintana Capital Group, a $1 billion energy focused private equity firm he co-founded.

Previously, Mr. Robertson was Managing Partner of Spring Street Capital Partners LP, a successful small cap long/short hedge fund; a Vice President for Sandefer Capital Partners, a $500 million energy investment fund; and a Vice President for Reservoir Capital Group, a $2 billion New York-based investment firm. Mr. Robertson began his career as a business analyst for Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group LLP. He serves on various boards of Quintana affiliated portfolio companies. Mr. Robertson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Honors and Finance from University of Texas at Austin and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University Graduate School of Business.

Brad Wallace, CFA M. Bradley Wallace, CFA is a Partner of LKCM Headwater Investments GP, L.P, a Principal of LKCM Private Discipline Management, L.P., and currently serves on the boards of Rawson Energy Services, Wilson-Mohr, Ascentium Capital, and Buckhorn Energy Services.

Prior to joining LKCM, Mr. Wallace served as Principal and Portfolio Manager for KBK Capital. As an investment professional, Brad has led several turnaround initiatives as CFO. Mr. Wallace began his career in finance as an originator and manager of a $100 million factoring and asset-based lending portfolio. Mr. Wallace graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration, with the honor of Top Scholar, from Texas Christian University.
